Time for war on Top Chef 2014 Boston tonight, as the chefs on Top Chef Season 12 will be taking on challenges against each other and then head out to the battlefield to see some “real wars” going on! It should bring out the real drama, as these chefs (including Aaron) really do like to argue this season! Last week on Top Chef Season 12, the chefs headed to a place where everyone knew their name: Cheers! They were surprised by not only Padma Lakshmi, but special guest judge George Wendt. They made some bar food, which then lead them to team up yet again, but this time they got to pick their own teammates. They created a three-course Italian dinner and there would be a double elimination at the end of it all, which lead to the elimination of Rebecca and James.

QUICKFIRE CHALLENGE: The chefs head to the kitchen and meet Padma, who is with guest judge Jamie Bissonnette. For this challenge, they will get to pick who they cook against in a head-to-head challenge. The chef they pick gets to pick the cooking method and the winner gets $10,000.
- Katsuji picks Aaron and he picks Smoked Salmon
- Doug picks Adam and he picks Steamed Mussels
- Keriann picks Stacy and she picks Trout
- Melissa picks Katie and she picks BBQ
- Gregory and Mei are the last remaining and he picks dumplings
They have 30 minutes to cook their dishes and it is a crazy mess in there. The judges taste all the dishes and they seem to enjoy all the dishes. Jamie said he was blown away by the different styles they brought today.
RESULTS:
- Katsuji beats Aaron
- Doug beats Adam
- Keriann beats Stacy
- Katie beats Melissa
- Gregory beats Mei
From all of the winners, the best dish comes from Gregory and he wins $10,000!
ELIMINATION CHALLENGE: The winners take on the losers from the Quickfire Challenge. They will each be taking on one of the chefs from the opposing team. If their dish wins, they get one point. The first team with three points wins the challenge and that team is safe from elimination. One of the chefs from the losing team will be heading home.

- Aaron against Katie
They will be serving 100 guests before the judges arrive and their team has a $1,000 budget total, which is $2 per head! They must be smart with their dish choices tonight on Top Chef Boston 2014. Adam says they all have $200. This budget may be tough for them!
It is the day of the challenge and Aaron drops his broth all over the ground! Mei has some instant broth, so it might keep his stuff moist for now. This could hurt him, but the guests arrive and the serving begins! And now the judges have arrived!
With that being said, it is time for the battles to begin for the chefs on Top Chef 2014 Boston! Here are the results:
- Adam vs Doug – Adam redeems himself and gets a victory for the Losers
- Melissa vs Katsuji – Katsuji wins, so it is now tied 1-1
- Mei vs Gregory – Gregory wins again, so a 2-1 lead for the Winners
- Stacy vs Keriann – Stacy redeems herself, so we are tied 2-2 and down to the final dish
- Aaron vs Katie – Katie wins and it is a 3-2 victory for the Winners!
The judges discuss all the dishes to figure out a winner and loser for the night. Who do you think is going home tonight on Top Chef 2014?
JUDGES’ TABLE: Tom said they are doing well and definitely on the right track and keep giving them good food. After all the chefs defended their dishes, we see that the judges sent home Aaron and he can go home now and yell and beat up his girlfriend.
